Simply put, Dr. Kare and his staff are excellent, and I will always go back to him without hesitation for any future dental problems. I was originally referred to Dr. Kare by my periodontist to fix an issue with inflammation and sensitivity around a crown. It was an ongoing problem that my regular dentists could not fix for almost four years, but Dr. Kare immediately knew the issues, fitted me with a temporary crown, and had the inflammation and sensitivity under control within a week. In the course of getting additional procedures to further fix the gum tissue, Dr. Kare worked seamlessly with my periodontist to monitor my progression. On one occasion, I had an emergent need on a Saturday morning and Dr. Kare promptly returned my call, saw me in his office an hour later and replaced the provisional crown. Every step of the way across many visits I had complete confidence, as he patiently answered all of my questions, always made me comfortable during procedures and was a perfectionist on the fit and color for the final crown. He is not only an expert in what he does, but an extraordinarily kind person who truly cares for his patients. It is easy to see why he is the dentist that dentists go to, and why he has nothing but top-notch reviews. He is certainly one of the best and I would trust him with any cosmetic or restorative dental needs.

I had a great experience at Westford Smiles and would recommend to anyone in need of a great dentist. The entire staff was kind, professional and welcoming. I went to Dr. Kare with I thought was a chipped tooth, but he explained to me that I actually had an issue with my bite and I would require braces. I came back to Dr.Kare after getting my braces off to get some bonding done on my front teeth. The results look so natural you can't even tell it is there! Dr. Kare kept me informed and educated throughout the entire process from working with him from before I had braces, to planning for the bonding, and following up with me a week after I had the bonding to make sure everything was perfect. The whole staff took tremendous care in getting the details right for me and I am so glad I went to them!
