First time to this practice. First time getting Zoom Whitening. i was welcomed graciously by the entire staff. I was a little nervous about the process and how i would handle the equipment being that I’m claustrophobic, however Selena immediately put me at ease, ensured i was comfortable with everything before proceeding and cheered me on the entire time with patience and compassion. I highly recommend this office and i will definitely be returning! Thank you Westford Smiles!

My whole family has been going here for years and they are the best! I see Melanie and she is so awesome, very nice and always remembers what we talked about. So nice to have a dentist that enjoys your conversations. Highly recommend!

Staff is excellent, office is nice and clean. Dr Kare was great, until I paid and recieved my dentures. I thought for 12k, I would at least get dentures that had front teeth that supported my upper lip or touch the roof of my mouth. If I place my tops in the correct position in front the back falls down. If I try and push the middle up, the front comes down and they just kinda float and wiggle side to side. I cant even glue them because they sporadic make contact with just a few area of my mouth and it oozes out the back. My bottom front dont even fit down into my ridge, all the pressure is on the sides of my ridge and nowhere on the top of my ridge. Unless I press down which again just makes other areas pop up. I should've kept my Aspen dental dentures, at least the front teeth where the correct size and they made contact with the roof of my mouth. I was hoping today it would be fixed or at least acknowledged. Unfortunately neither happened. Now I'm stuck paying 12k for jaw pain and denture sag. I don't even recognize myself in the mirror. This past year couldn't get any worse. Size and placement of front teeth are a major cause for denture face. Apparently not in my case. My teeth behind my eye teeth are bigger than my front, even though I have less vertical space back there. Makes sense. Unfortunately I can't justify spending a down payment on a house for implants, with 2 kids in braces, 1 just out. For 12k I shouldn't have to even try and explain what is wrong. Even I can see it and I've just watched dozens of denture seminars. Sorry but its just not right. Oh and Yesterday wasn't the first adjustment you made. The first one was for the same reason and you had said you would do some bite check next time. Again the stark difference once you were paid and I recieved them. GOODBYE. I honestly feel like the biggest sucker. Jokes on me. 12 k for dentures that look no different then aspen. FYI there's seminars on YouTube regarding dentures specifically for situations such as mine. As someone whose career requires skill, craft, Its a MASSIVE pet Peeve of mine if you can't tell when some people seem to not have or lost their pride in their work. Better yet knowing without being told that someone is wrong or a person is not happy and making sure they are.

Friendly staff and Doctor. Doctor Kare is very detailed with margins. I had him line fillings from other dentist that came out in a hot tick because my floss got caught on the rough edges/margins. I’ve had many of my fillings from Dr Kar for 7+ years and that’s phenomenal! My insurance only covers their providers but one time I used it and cried when I left. It took 30 minutes and o don’t think anything was cleaner. That would NEVER happen in Dr Kare’s office. A definite 12/10
